Bluephoria is a shimmery, color-shifting water-activated eyeliner that dries down completely budge-proof and transfer-resistant.
🖌️ Usage:

Activate with water only — do not use setting spray or other liquids.

Add a few drops of water to the lid or dip your brush in water.

Mix thoroughly until a thick, creamy consistency forms.

Apply as desired and let dry fully before layering or closing the lid.

Mix with other Splash Liners to create your own custom shades!
⚠️ Avoid applying directly to the waterline. Allow the wet product to fully dry before closing the container.
