Bubblegum Bitch is a matte pastel UV pink water-activated eyeliner that dries down completely budge-proof and transfer-resistant. Soft and playful in natural light, with a vibrant glow under blacklight.

Activate with water only — do not use setting spray or other liquids.

Add a few drops of water to the lid or dip your brush in water.

Mix thoroughly until a thick, creamy consistency forms.

Apply as desired and let dry fully before layering or closing the lid.

Mix with other Splash Liners to create your own custom shades!
